Muitos trabalhadores recebem sal\u00e1rio fixo mais comiss\u00f5es, como \u00e9 o caso de corretores, vendedores, e outros profissionais dos mais diversos segmentos.<\/p>\n
Mas nem todos tem a comiss\u00e3o integrada ao seu sal\u00e1rio fixo como determina o \u00a7 1\u00ba do artigo 457 da CLT, recebendo esses valores “por fora” o que lhes gera muito preju\u00edzo, da\u00ed a import\u00e2ncia das comiss\u00f5es serem integradas ao sal\u00e1rio fixo.<\/p>\n As comiss\u00f5es devidamente integradas ao sal\u00e1rio fixo comp\u00f5em a base de c\u00e1lculos para verbas como f\u00e9rias + 1\/3, 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio, DSR’s, horas extras e outras, al\u00e9m de integrar a base de c\u00e1lculo do FGTS e dos encargos previdenci\u00e1rios e fiscais.<\/p>\n Exemplificando a quest\u00e3o, se o seu sal\u00e1rio fixo \u00e9 de R$ 1.000,00 (mil reais) e voc\u00ea recebe comiss\u00f5es no valor de R$ 300,00 (trezentos reais) mensais, em m\u00e9dia, a sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de R$ 1.300,00 (mil e trezentos reais) e esse valor deve ser considerado para o c\u00e1lculo de todas as suas verbas, inclusive FGTS e encargos fiscais e previdenci\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n Portanto, n\u00e3o aceite o pagamento “por fora” das comiss\u00f5es.
