Esse tempo de espera \u00e9 considerado as horas por carregamento, descarregamento (nas depend\u00eancias do embarcador ou do destinat\u00e1rio), pesagem e o per\u00edodo gasto com a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da mercadoria transportada em barreiras fiscais ou alfandeg\u00e1rias, n\u00e3o sendo computados como jornada de trabalho e nem como horas extras, mas deve ser indenizado com\u00a0adicional de 30% do salario hora conforme previsto na Se\u00e7\u00e3o IV – A da CLT que regula a atividade do motorista profissional empregado.
